DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

(a) "Account" means an account opened with Ambslot in accordance with clause 3;

(b) "Agreement" means this document as amended from time to time and includes any terms or conditions imposed upon a User by Ambslot;

(d) "Child or Minor" refers to an individual under the age of 18 years;

(e) "Conditions" means these Terms and Conditions and all other rules, policies and guidelines posted on this Website;

(f) "Content", where used in the context of the Services provided by Ambslot, includes but is not limited to text, images, photographs, music, sound effects, video, data, messages, chat logs or any communication transmitted through the Ambslot Platform;

(g) "Game(s)" means the electronic games played on this Website;

(h) "Intellectual Property Rights" shall include without limitation all patents, copyright rights, trademark rights, design rights and other intellectual property rights of a similar nature which may now or in the future subsist anywhere in the world in relation to any idea, concept, discovery invention, creation, improvement, trade mark name, slogan, brand identity, symbol, image, logo (including but not limited to domain names), icon, graphic, layout design, format, style and all other types of intellectual property rights;

(i) "Password" means the user identifier or password issued by Ambslot for a User's access to his/ her Account on this Website;

(j) "Personal Data" means any information provided to Ambslot which directly identifies an individual or could reasonably be used to identify that person;

(k) "Services" refers to services offered through this website, including gaming and other services available through the Platform;

(l) "Site" and/or "Website" mean the internet site operated by Ambslot for providing Services under these Terms;

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(b) Any breach of security involving an Account including loss or theft of a password may result in termination of use to the affected user without any liability on the part of Ambslot.

Ambslot maintains and safeguards data stored within our secure databases, with such actions being necessary for performance of contract obligations which includes storing and processing personal Data received through this Website.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

(a) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, in no circumstances shall Ambslot or its officers, directors, employees, agents be liable to a User for any damages, costs or expenses however arising whether from tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions.

(b) The aggregate liability of Ambslot to a User in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount actually lost by that party as set out under applicable laws.
